  • Cupping therapy is a modern form of vacuum therapy. It creates a suction of the skin & helps to loosen tight and restricted muscles as well as pulling up muscle debris to the surface enabling your body to eliminate toxins. Massage cupping is helpful for pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and is a great alternative to deep tissue 

  • Cupping therapy is a modern form of vacuum therapy. Massage cupping is helpful for pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and is a great alternative to deep tissue work. *Please note for deeper more therapeutic work, sometimes your skin will show “cup kisses” not to be mistaken for a bruise. This is part of your body’s healing process and will typically go away within 2-5 days.

1. At therapist discretion, clients may have their temperature taken.


2.  All new clients are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver, and on subsequent sessions, clients will be asked a series of COVID-19 related health questions. 


3. A client who has either been exposed or has possibly been exposed to the coronavirus must quarantine for 2 weeks, and is not permitted to receive a massage during that time.

1. Table is covered with a vinyl fitted sheet covering which is cleaned and sanitized in between each appointment.


2. Common surfaces are cleaned and sanitized in between each appointment.



3. Time is set aside in between all appointments to ensure that all cleaning requirements are fulfilled.”
